Day 1: Arriving in Srinagar & Drive to Gulmarg

As your plane touches down at the Srinagar airport, our friendly representative will meet and greet you. He/She will escort you and help you discover the beauty and splendor of Kashmir along with Srinagar. Your journey begins with a lovely drive to Gulmarg, an open field that looks like it belongs in a dream.

After checking into your hotel, you can explore the greenery or go on a short trip during the day. Then, you’ll have a delicious dinner at the hotel in Gulmarg, ensuring a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Gulmarg to Pahalgam

The second day of your trip will begin with a heavy breakfast. Then, we will check out from the hotel and move to Gulmarg. Early in the day in Gulmarg, we’ll take a quick walk to get a feel of its splendor. There, we’ll use a Gondola cable car system and head uphill toward the Affarawat Mountain range. After capturing the panoramic views, we return to Gulmarg base and start horseback riding in Strawberry Valley.

Afterward in the afternoon, we’ll go to Pahalgam, renowned as the “Valley of Shepherds” via a scenic drive. There you may explore lush forests, crystal-clear rivers, and snow-capped mountains. After that, you’ll get chance to enjoy a nature walk, followed by a mouth-watering dinner. A restful night at the hotel in Pahalgam.

Note: Please note that the cost of horseback riding and gondola rides must be covered directly by the visitor. Also, our vehicle is not permitted for a local sightseeing tour.

Day 3: Visiting Srinagar from Pahalgam

Your third day will start with breakfast, then pack your bag, and check out from the hotel on set time. Now, you’ll explore Baisaran meadows with horseback riding and see the Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari.

After spending most of the day around the Himalayan Valley and capturing scenic views, we’ll proceed to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, and if you want, you can see some of the nearby neighborhood sights by yourself. You’ll get your dinner at the hotel in Srinagar. That concludes another day of unforgettable experience.

Note: Tourist is responsible for covering the cost of any sightseeing tours and horseback riding themselves.

Day 4: Local Touring in Srinagar

The fourth day of the Splendors of Kashmir Package is designated for local sightseeing in Srinagar. After having breakfast at the hotel, visit the well-known Mughal gardens of Nishant and Shalimar, surrounded by the Zabarwan Mountains. After soaking in the beauty of the gardens, we’ll take a 60-minute Shikara ride in Dal Lake.

You’ll be amazed by some wonderful aquaculture and vegetable gardens on your boat ride. Later, you will return to the hotel, have dinner, and stay overnight there in Srinagar.

Note: Please note, the free Shikara ride is in a group. If you’re looking for a private Shikara ride, then you’ll have to pay extra charges. It may cost you around Rs. 600 for 60 minute ride.

Day 5: Departure From Srinagar

After a delightful breakfast, gather your belongings, pack your bags, and leave the hotel. Our team member will escort you from your hotel to the airport and we shall bid farewell to the enchanting region of Srinagar together.
