Presenting you an amazing 6-day trip to “Thrills of Leh Ladakh”, Nubra Valley, and Pangong Lake. When you arrive in Leh, you’ll see some of the tallest mountains in the world, like K2 and Nanga Parbat. You’ll explore lively markets, old monasteries, and the peaceful Shanti Stupa.
On this adventure, you’ll travel on the highest road in the world, Khardung La, and visit Nubra Valley, where you can see the Valley of Flowers and ride unique double-humped Bactrian camels in Hunder’s sand dunes.
The tour also takes you to the beautiful Pangong Lake, surrounded by snowy mountains. The drive through Agham and Shyok Valley is filled with incredible views. On the way back to Leh, you’ll see important places like Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, and the Druk Padma Karpo School, famous from the movie “3 Idiots.”

Day 1: Arriving in Leh from Delhi
Today, you’ll family from Delhi to Leh. The flight is really amazing because you can see some of the tallest mountains in the world, like K2 and Nanga Parbat, from the plane. When you land in Leh, our tour representative will take you to your hotel.
Leth is very high up in the mountains, so you’ll need to rest a bit to get used to the thin air. It’s over 11,000 feet above sea level. In this place, you’ll see a lot of cool things like old monasteries and stupas (special buildings where people pray).
Later in the afternoon, you’ll go to the busy market in the city and take a short walk. You’ll also visit the Shanti Stupa, a bit of white building built to bring peace. It’s a great place to enjoy the view and relax.
After that, you’ll return to your hotel and spend the night there.
Day 2: Full Day Sightseeing Tour in Leh
After breakfast, you’ll start your day by diving along the River Indus on the Leh-Kargil Highway. First, you’ll visit the Hall of Fame, a museum built by the Indian Army to honor soldiers who fought bravely in the region. It’s a special place that every Indian should see.
Next, you’ll go to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, built in 1517 to honor Guru Nanak Devji. It’s located high in the mountains, about 25 km from Leh, and has interesting stories you’ll hear when you visit. After that, you’ll visit the Magnetic Hill, a place where cars seem to roll uphill, defying gravity. On the way, you can get a chance to see the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, where the two rivers meet and mix their different colors.
Once you visit that, you’ll head to Alchi Gompa, one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh, which dates back to the 11th century. It’s a beautiful place with ancient artwork and statues. On your way back to Leh, you’ll stop at Likir Monastery. The place is known for its 25-feet tall gold-covered statue of Lord Buddha and stunning views of the surrounding area.
After a full day of sightseeing, head back to the hotel in Leh for the night.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass
After breakfast, you'll drive to Nubra Valley. On the way, you'll pass over Khardung La, the highest motorable road in the world, at 18,390 feet. From here, you can see amazing views of the Indus Valley and the Zanskar mountains.
Continue to Nubra Valley, also known as the "Valley of Flowers." This beautiful valley is filled with colorful prayer flags, old monasteries, and barley fields. After arriving, you'll check in to your hotel or camp. The rest of the day is free to explore the nearby villages.
Day 4: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake
After an early breakfast, you'll visit the sand dunes of Hunder and meet the famous double-humped Bactrian camels. These camels were once used for trading on the Silk Route and now offer rides in the high desert. Next, you'll visit the small town of Deskit.
From Deskit, you'll drive to Pangong Lake through the scenic Agham and Shyok Valley. Though the road is rough, the stunning views make it worthwhile. You'll arrive at Pangong Lake in the evening and check in to your hotel or camp.
Day 5: Pangong Lake to Leh via Changla Pass
In the morning, take some time to enjoy the beauty of Pangong Lake. Afterward, you'll drive back to Leh, passing through the Changla Pass, which is 5,848 meters above sea level. On the way, you'll visit Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, and Druk Padma Karpo School (also known as Rancho's School from the movie 3 Idiots).
Hemis Monastery is the largest and most important in Ladakh, with impressive gold statues and precious stones. Thiksey Monastery offers beautiful views of the landscape, and Shey Palace, the ancient capital of Ladakh, has a stunning statue of Buddha. Finally, you'll visit the award-winning Druk Padma Karpo School, known for its sustainable design.
After the visits, you'll return to Leh and check in to your hotel.
Day 6: Leh to Delhi (Departure)
After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. You'll be taken to the airport for your flight back to Delhi, leaving Ladakh with unforgettable memories.
